Computers are a great tool and can provide many hours of fun and use. Your power supply is the root of your PC, keeping everything running with it's optimal amount of energy. Monitoring that energy and keeping it from changing to a point where it damages your hardware is important; you need a stable power supply. Not to mention that you don't want to hear your power supply running; ambient noise is bountiful as it is without a noisy computer. QTechnology has released a power supply that is meant to fulfill your needs, the QT-03400 Gold Series, a 400w sleek PSU (noise not included). Can it deliver? Let's find out.

Now since you two are strangers, lets break the ice, introduce you to one another, and take it from there. Lets start with a quote from QuietPC:

"Building on the long-established reputation of the previous 300W and 400W models, we now have available a new Ultra-Quiet PSU, capable of providing 400 watts of output utilizing an integrated 120mm fan, which provides the same air flow as the other PSUs but because the fan is 120mm in diameter it spins much slower. Therefore it is even quieter than conventional PSU, which use 80mm fans.

Instead of the fan being located at the back of the PSU, the 120mm fan is underneath right next to the CPU cooler. It draws the warm air from within the case and then it is expelled via the back of the unit. This power supply is exceptionally quiet, even when the temperature of the unit increases.

There is a saying "Gold in your hands". With the QTechnology Ultra Quiet power supply™ you will really experience this sensation! Q Technology has been very successful for over 5 years in supplying Ultra Quiet quality power supplies to the computer industry and you will benefit from this experience in your home or office enviroment.
