Func F-Series PDF Print E-mail
Written by [t0rc]

When you look for a mousepad, you want durability, exceptional tracking, decent area, and a decent price. The F-Series from Func Industries is a great representation of this. They come in two different sizes and two textures to suit your needs and preferences. They clean off easily and don't slip out from under your mouse. The price won't kill you, it's decent, but could be a little lower. The other issue we ran into with the F-Series is that the top surface is larger than the base, leaving an overhang which can be peeled up. We don't feel this is a huge issue because you have a large area to work with and shouldn't be around the edges too much; but nonetheless that overhang shouldn't be there.

It's hard to choose which texture you'd rather use without testing them out yourself; our suggestion is to buy the F10.s if you're a user that doesn't want to change their sensitivity too much and have a smooth gliding surface; buy the F30.r if you're looking to barely move the mouse to go a large distance and you enjoy having a more defined pixel-by-pixel movement. The difference is most noticeable in games versus general apps and OS navigation. We highly recommend the F-Series to anyone looking for an excellent tracking surface with a texture to fit your style. The F-Series is worthy of a Gold Award.

We'd like to thank Func Industries for making this review possible.
